Stone & Sleeper Retaining Walls β Lyme Regis
Stone and timber sleeper retaining walls constructed in Lyme Regis to support the sloping garden and create clearly defined, usable planting areas.
Blue Mist was a 1960s house on Coram Avenue that we fully renovated inside and out, including a large rear and wraparound timber frame extension.
The project involved removing several internal walls and installing structural steelwork to open up the layout. We also rebuilt the ground floor with a new concrete slab and liquid screed, along with full underfloor heating throughout.
To the rear, the property was finished with heat-treated timber cladding and new aluminium windows, giving it a clean, modern look.
This was an 11-month project, fully managed from start to finish.

Replacing an old extension is often the best way to improve both the appearance and practicality of a property. For this project in Lyme Regis, we removed an ageing orangery and replaced it with a new garden room that complements the original building while creating a brighter, more usable living space.
