Rawlins Renovations provides a wide range of general building services, including structural alterations, brickwork, blockwork, foundations, property improvements, repairs and associated building work. We undertake both standalone projects and work as part of larger renovations and extensions.
Yes. We undertake structural alterations as part of building and renovation projects, including creating openings, alterations to internal layouts and associated structural building work. Where structural calculations or professional designs are required, the work is carried out in accordance with the appropriate specifications.
Yes. Alongside larger projects, we also undertake smaller building works and property improvements. Whether the work involves repairs, alterations or upgrading an existing part of your property, we're happy to discuss the requirements and whether the project is something we can assist with.
Yes. We have considerable experience working with older properties, where building work often requires additional care and attention to existing materials and construction methods. This can include repairs, alterations and traditional stonework and masonry where appropriate.

Yes. General building work often forms part of a larger project. We undertake home renovations, home extensions and roofing work, allowing the different elements of a property improvement project to be considered and coordinated together.
