The Blue Chalet, located above the bowling green in Lyme Regis, was a complete timber frame new build completed over four months.
The project included a new concrete slab and a retaining wall to support the site. The structure was finished with cedar cladding, aluminium sliding doors, and a zinc roof for a clean, modern look.
Inside, the property features a mezzanine level for storage, along with a one-bedroom, one-bathroom layout and an open lounge and dining area.
